We offer for rent a fully furnished 2-room apartment in the center of Ružomberok. The apartment is located on the top 13th floor and is fully furnished. The rent price of 500,- euros/month includes rent for max. 2 people, all utilities, including TV package and internet. When entering into the lease, it is necessary to pay 2 months' rent as a deposit, i.e. when signing the lease agreement, the interested party will pay the landlord 3 x 500,- euros. Upon termination of the lease, but at least 12 months, the deposit will be returned to the tenant, after deducting any damages.
The tenant is obliged to pay the mediator a fee of 500,- euros for mediation of the lease and future legal and advisory activities.
